摘要
基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs）是一组能特异性降解细胞外基质的蛋白水解酶家族，在组织重塑中起重要作用。MMPs以Zn2＋为辅助因子，由体内多种细胞如单核细胞、巨噬细胞、内皮细胞等产生，参与炎症反应和组织损伤等。
