射频消融术治疗阵发性室上速常见并发症的循证护理 被引量:3

摘要 阵发室上性心动过速(PSVT)是一类常见病,房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)及房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)占PSVT的90%以上。射频消融术(RFCA)是根治AVRT、AVNRT的一项成熟技术。针对导管射频消融术术中及术后可能出现的并发症,对48例该类患者实施相应的循证护理,并发症的表现和发生原因,对心包填塞、迷走神经反射、脑栓塞等并发症采取预防措施。现报道如下:
