射频消融术治疗阵发性室上速常见并发症的循证护理被引量：3

摘要阵发室上性心动过速（PSVT）是一类常见病，房室折返性心动过速（AVRT）及房室结折返性心动过速（AVNRT）占PSVT的90％以上。射频消融术（RFCA）是根治AVRT、AVNRT的一项成熟技术。针对导管射频消融术术中及术后可能出现的并发症，对48例该类患者实施相应的循证护理，并发症的表现和发生原因，对心包填塞、迷走神经反射、脑栓塞等并发症采取预防措施。现报道如下：
