摘要 1943年Starr等人报道了对实验动物进行右心室游离壁的广泛灼烧后,血流动力学影响非常小,Starr这一发现被其他很多学者证实,这些实验结果长期影响着临床工作,使得右心疾病在临床上一直没有引起足够的重视。然而随着对肺高压、三尖瓣疾病、右心室梗死、右室心率失常、右心衰竭等疾病研究的深入,越来越多人开始意识到右心功能的重要性。2006年美国国家心肺血液研究所专门成立了右心功能研究组,着重阐述右心学的现代医学基础,
