后路腰椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

Evaluate the Microendoscopic Discectomy Through the Posterior Pathway for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨腰椎后路椎间盘镜（microendoscopic discectomyMED）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法自2006年4月-2010年3月，我科采用MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症共42例，英中女性18例，男性24例，年龄22-74岁，平均年龄46．4岁。结果1倒因术中操作困难改为开放手术．其余患者均顺利完成手术。参照Macnab疗效评价标准，优27例，良13例，一般2例。优良率达95．2％。结论MED具有切口小．损伤小．术后疼痛轻，对脊柱稳定性影响小、术后并发症少、恢复快等优点：

Objective To evaluate the microendoscopic disceetomy （MED） through the posterior pathway for Lumbar lntervertebral Disc Herniation （LIDH）. Methods From April 2006 to March 2010,we treated 42 cases of LIDH with MED. There were 24 male and 18 female,with the age range from 22 to 74 years,The average age is 46.4. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery except 1 patient,and referenced Maenab＇Standards,excelient in 27 cases, good in 13 cases,fair in 2 ceases,Excellent and good rate was 95.2%.Conclusion It is obvious that the MED has many advantages such as minimal invasive, rapid recovery, and with little complication.
