摘要
目的分析微创手术治疗128例卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效。方法本样本回顾分析2009年1月-2009年12月（2007年1月-2009年12月）住院的腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤128例患者临床资料。结果两组平均手术时间无显著差异（P〉0．05）；治疗组术中出血量明显低于对照组，差异明显（P〈0．05）。治疗组下床活动时间、术后排气时间、住院天数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论微创手术与开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤比较，创伤更少、术后恢复快、安全有效。
Objective Minimally invasive surgical treatment of 128 cases of benign ovarian tumor effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of the samples in January 2009 - December 2009 Laparoscopic surgery in hospital 128 cases of benign ovarian clinical data.Results The mean operative time was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）; the treatment group blood loss was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significantly （P〈0.05）. Treatment group, time out of bed, after exhaust time, length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Minimally invasive surgery and open surgery for benign ovarian tumors compared with less trauma, quicker recovery, safe and effective.
