8238例农村妇女宫颈细胞学涂片配合阴道镜筛查宫颈疾病效果分析

摘要 宫颈癌已成为威胁妇女健康的常见疾病，位居全球女性癌症病率之首。据世界卫生组织国际癌症研究中心和世界卫生组织最新估计，每年我国女性宫颈癌新发病例约13．15万人，约有3万妇女死于宫颈癌。因此，宫颈癌已对广大妇女，特别是农村妇女的健康与生命构成了严重威胁。对宫颈癌进行定期检查，及早发现癌前病变或早期癌症，已被公认为是恶性肿瘤防治中最能有效地提高患者生存率和降低死亡率的措施。我院2009年开展宫颈癌普查，采用细胞学涂片配合阴道镜检查，筛查出了部分可疑宫颈癌，病检结果证实宫颈癌5例，达到了预期效果，现报道如下：
