摘要
介绍了基于可编程控制器(PLC)的自动售饮机控制系统,该系统采用VB6.0实现上位机与西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器通信,实现了远程监控各台售饮机售货情况的功能。同时,根据售饮机装置的要求和特点,确定了硬件电路结构,设计出了梯形图。
The Automatic Machine of Sale Drink Control System based on PLC have been introduced,a communication method between host computer and SIEMENS＇S7-200 PLC with VB6.0 is adopted.System achieved the function that long-distance monitor circumstances of vending machine,simultaneously according to request and characteristic of Automatic Machine of Sale Drink,determine enforcement scheme of hardware circuit.method of control is effective,it can meet the needs of production.
