苦豆子浸提物对2种园林植物种子萌发的化感效应

Allelopathic Effects of Different Solvent Extracts from Sophora alopecuroides L. on the Seed Germination of Two Landscape Plants

[目的]研究不同溶剂的苦豆子浸提物对侧柏和梧桐树种子萌发的化感影响,为植物化感效应方面的理论研究和这2种树种资源的种苗繁育提供参考。[方法]在室内人工气候箱控制的条件下,以双层滤纸为萌发基质,以乙醇、甲醇、丙酮和蒸馏水4种溶剂的苦豆子浸提物水溶液处理种子,以蒸馏水为对照,计算并分析萌发参数。[结果]不同溶剂苦豆子浸提物对2种植物的种子萌发均具有明显的抑制效应,经乙醇、甲醇、丙酮和蒸馏水的苦豆子浸提物处理的侧柏种子萌发率分别从对照的90.00%降低至82.50%、85.00%、77.50%和36.88%。蒸馏水和丙酮的苦豆子浸提物处理后的梧桐树种子萌发率分别为15.83%和33.33%,显著低于对照(74.38%,P<0.05)。不同溶剂苦豆子浸提物处理种子的萌发进程均不同程度地延迟,且萌发指数和幼苗活力指数均有所减小。[结论]不同溶剂的苦豆子浸提物对侧柏和梧桐树种子的萌发均具有抑制作用,表现为萌发率、萌发指数和幼苗活力指数的减小和萌发进程的延迟。

[Objective] The allelopathic effects of different solvent extracts from Sophora alopecuroides L.on the germination of Platycladus orientalis and Firmiana simplex seeds were examined,with the objective of providing the reference for the theoretical study of allelopathy and seedling propagation of these two tree species.[Method] Under the conditions controlled by artificial climate box in laboratory,with double filter paper as a germination substrate,the seeds of two species were treated by extracts of S.alopecuroides L.from alcohol,methanol,acetone and distilled water（with distilled water as control） and the germination parameters were calculated and analyzed.[Result] The evident effects of different solvent extracts from S.alopecuroides L.on the germination of two seeds were observed and that the germination percentages of P.orientalis seeds treated by solvent extracts from alcohol,methanol,acetone and distilled water significantly decreased from 90.00%（control） to 82.50%,85.00%,77.50% and 36.88% respectively.After having been treated by acetone and distilled water,the germination percentage of F.simplex seeds were 15.83% and 33.33% respectively,both of which were significantly lower than that of control（74.38%,P0.05）.The germination course was delayed after being treated by different solvent extracts and germination index and vigor index decreased.[Conclusion] Different solvent extracts from S.alopecuroides L.inhibited the seed germination of both P.orientalis and F.simplex and the germination percentage,germination index and vigor index all decreased and germination course delayed.
