蝴蝶兰是一种极具观赏和经济价值的花卉植物,具有广阔的市场前景。从外植体的选择、常用的3种培养方式(原球茎的诱导和增殖、丛生芽的诱导、无菌播种)等方面综合阐述了蝴蝶兰组织培养技术的研究进展,并对我国未来蝴蝶兰组培快繁技术的研究与开发前景进行了展望。

Phalaenopsis amabilis is a kind of flowering plant with high ornamental and economic value and has a wide market prospect.The tissue culture technology of Phalaenopsis amabilis was reviewed from the aspects of selection of explants,three usual tissue culture method（induction and propagation of protocorm-like-body,induction of clustered shoots,sterile propagation） in this paper.Then the development and research direction of Phalaenopsis amabilis in our country in future is put forward.
