摘要
[目的]研究重金属镉(Cd)对香蕉幼苗生理生化指标的影响。[方法]以砖红壤为供试土壤,以巴西香蕉为试验植物,采用盆栽模拟试验的方法研究了土壤外源重金属Cd对香蕉幼苗叶片生理生化指标的影响。[结果]在试验浓度范围内,不同浓度Cd处理对香蕉幼苗叶片叶绿素含量的影响不明显;Cd对维生素C含量的影响表现为低促高抑,当Cd处理浓度为3 mg/kg时维生素C含量达到最大值,以后随Cd处理浓度增加而明显下降,且低于对照;脯氨酸和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在Cd处理下均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,均在Cd浓度为15 mg/kg时达到高峰,且各处理均高于对照。[结论]为海南香蕉生产质量安全提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of cadmium on physiological and biochemical indexes of banana seedlings.[Method] Effects of cadmium in latosol on physiological and biochemical indexes of Brazilian banana seedlings were studied by pot experiments.[Result] Within the concentration range of the experiment,as cadmium concentration increased,the chlorophyll content of banana leaf didn't change significantly.The low concentrations(0-3 mg/kg) of cadmium could increased the content of vitamin C,while the high concentrations(3-30 mg/kg) of cadmium could inhibit it.The content of proline and the activity of peroxides showed similar trend,that was,they both increased firstly and then decreased,and they both reached the peak when cadmium concentration was 15 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for the produce quality safety of banana in Hainan.
