宁夏西海固地区农村经济增长中科技创新研究

Research on Science and Technology Innovation of the Economic Growth in Rural Areas of Ningxia Xihaigu Region

以固原市原州区为例,测算了其农业科技进步的贡献率,从农业科技进步贡献率低的现实出发,指出宁夏西海固地区农业经济依靠技术增长的空间余地还比较大,农业增产增收还有很大的潜力,并在此基础上分析了制约该地区农村科技进步的因素,提出了有关建议。

Taking Yuanzhou District as an example,progress in its contribution of agricultural science is measured in this paper.The harsh reality of low contribution rate of agricultural science and technology of Ningxia Xihaigu spells that there is still large space to fill for the growth of technological agricultural economy,and there is great potential for the increase of agricultural production.In the end of this paper,factors that constrain the scientific and technological progress in the rural areas are point out and suggestions are made.
