制度供给差异对中国旅游业发展区域差异的作用机制研究

Study on the Function Mechanism of System Supply Difference on Regional Difference of Chinese Tourism Development

运用新制度经济学中的制度供给理论,分析了制度供给在旅游业发展过程中的作用,通过对东西部制度供给差异与东西部旅游业发展水平的区域差异的分析,客观上剖析了2种差异及其形成的原因,在此基础上,针对制度供给差异与旅游业发展区域差异进行互动分析,并构建了制度供给与区域旅游业发展的相关性分析模型,同时,提出了针对我国东西部旅游业发展区域差异的改善措施和建议,并指出制度供给差异是导致我国旅游业发展区域差异至关重要的内在变量。

The system in neo-institutional economics was used to provide theory,thereby,the effect of system supply in tourism development process was analyzed,moreover,through analyzing the system supply difference and the regional difference of tourism development level in the western and eastern regions,two differences and the formation cause were dissected objectively.Based on this,interactive analysis was carried out for the system supply difference and the regional difference of tourism development,and the correlation analysis model about system supply and regional tourism development was established,at the same time,the corrective measures and suggestions for the regional difference of tourism development in the western and eastern regions of our country were put forward,and pointed out that system supply difference was the vital immanent variable what generated regional difference of tourism development in our country.
