摘要
在分析我国农村宅基地发展历史的基础上,对相关利益集团的推进或阻碍新制度的状况进行了深入的研究,并进一步阐述了宅基地制度的变革方向。
Based on the analysis of the development history of the countryside house site system in China,this paper researched the situation of stimulus and obstruction of relevant interest group on the new system and further explained the new direction for the revolutions of house site system.
