Economic Benefit Analysis of Silting Dam in Small Watershed in First Sub-region of Hilly-gully Loess Plateau

针对目前淤地坝工程效益计算内容不统一、计算方法无具体规定的现状,以树儿梁流域红泥沟淤地坝为例,采用静态分析和动态分析相结合的方法,对淤地坝工程进行了经济效益分析和国民经济评价。经济效益分析结果表明,淤地坝在坝地种植和拦泥方面效益显著;国民经济评价表明,工程具有很好的经济效益。

In view of the present benefit calculation for the contents of the current dam projects was not unified,without specific provisions for calculation method,taking Hongnigou dam in shuerliang watershed for example,using a combination of methods of static analysis and dynamic analysis,the economic benefit analysis and assessment of national economy were conducted.Economic benefit analysis results showed that the dam field planting and sediment blocking benefit of silting dam was remarkable.National economic evaluation also showed that the project had good economic benefits.
