摘要
在当前社会发生巨大而深刻的变化背景下,贫困乡村干群关系呈现出和谐中的疏离与博弈状态。针对这种干群关系,提出组织农民、激励乡村干部、重视制度建设等对策,以进一步改善干群关系,推动农村经济社会发展。
The relationship between cadres and masses in the rural poverty presents alienation and fighting in the harmony in the current society which has a huge and profound change.Aiming at this relationship,the countermeasures,such as organizing farmers,awarding cadres and paying attention to institution building and other measures were put forward to improve the relationship between cadres and masses further and promote economic and social development in rural areas.
