摘要
测定梯度NaCl(200、400、600、800 mmol/L)处理对互花米草生长及Na+、K+、Ca2+、Cl-等离子含量的影响。结果表明,200 mmol/LNaCl处理互花米草的植株干重、鲜重、含水量和干鲜比最大;随NaCl处理浓度的升高,互花米草Na+、K+、Ca2+含量均呈先上升后下降趋势,而Cl-含量显著升高。
The influence of treatments with 200,400,600 and 800 mmol/L NaCl solution on the growth and ion contents of Na+、K+、Ca2+、Cl-of Spartina alterniflora was determined.The results showed that the dry weight,fresh weight,water content and ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of S.alterniflora plants treated with 200 mmol/L NaCl were highest;as the NaCl concn.was increased,the contents of Na+,K+ and Ca2+ in S.alterniflora all showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,but its Cl-content was increased significantly.
