摘要
对不同土壤水分条件下野牡丹的光合生理特性进行了观测。结果表明,不同水分处理明显影响野牡丹的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度。受到水分胁迫时,气孔导度下降是野牡丹光合作用被抑制的主要原因,同时光合色素含量下降也是净光合速率降低的原因之一。野牡丹的叶温、VPDleaf-to-air随施水量的增加而降低。
The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of common melastoma herb under different soil water conditions were observed.The results showed that different water treatments obviously affected the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of common melastoma herb.When the common melastoma herb was under water stress,the decreasing of its stomatal conductance was the main cause for the inhibition on its photosynthesis,and the decreasing of photosynthetic pigment content was one reason for the decreasing of net photosynthetic rate.The leaf temperature and VPDleaf-to-air of common melastoma herb were decreased along with the increasing of water application amount.
