摘要
对罗汉果(Momordica grosvenori Swingle C.Jeffrey)组织培育的发展过程,培养基及激素的种类,外植体的种类,脱毒苗的获得和病毒的检测方式等进行了综述,以期为罗汉果组培苗的发展提供理论依据。
The developing process of tissue culture of Momordica grosvenori Swingle C.Jeffrey,kinds of medium and hormones,kinds of explants,acquiring of virus-free seedlings and detection methods of virus were discussed in this study,aiming at providing theoretical evidence for the development of tissue culture seedlings.
