摘要
在硫酸催化剂作用下对稻草进行加溶剂液化,考察了稻草中主要成分纤维素的变化规律。通过设计液化温度、液化时间、催化剂用量、液固质量比(乙二醇∶稻草)等反应条件,跟踪了液化产物中纤维素的量变轨迹。结果表明:液化温度为90℃,液化时间为90 min,催化剂用量为1.50 mmol/g,液固质量比为7∶1时,液化产物中纤维素含量可达到58.3%。
Straw was liquefied by solvent with sulfuric acid as catalyst,and the variation rule of the cellulose,which was the main composition of straw,was studied.The quantitative change path of cellulose in liquefied product was tracked by designing different liquefied temperature,liquefied time,sulfuric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio(glycol/straw).The experiments results showed that liquefied temperature of 90 ℃,liquefied time of 90 min,acid concentration of 1.50 mmol/g straw,and liquid-solid ratio of 7∶ 1 were the ideal conditions for the reaction,under these conditions,the content of cellulose of liquefied product was 58.3 %.
