大连市资源环境与社会经济协调发展度演进分析

Analysis of Coordinated Development between Res-environment and Socio-economy in Dalian City

环境与经济协调发展度是一个定量表示社会经济发展和环境保护之间关系的指标,强调的是系统之间各要素的共同发展。运用协调度理论通过指标体的构建、指标权重的确定及评价模型的建立对大连市2001~2009年资源环境与社会经济协调发展状况进行研究评价,结果表明：协调发展类型正在从中等协调向良好协调转变。

Coordinated development degree of environment and economy is a index that express relationship between social economy development and environmental protection,emphasized common development that various elements of the system.In this paper,Use Coordinated Development Degree Theory,present status of coordination development of res-environmental and social economy system was analyzed by establishing index system,ascertaining index weights and demonstrating evaluation model in Dalian City during 2001-2009.The result showed that the overall coordination ability was turning to good from the medium coordination.
