流产母马血液流变学研究

Research on Hemorheology in Abortion Mare

[目的]研究流产对母马血液流变学的影响。[方法]分别检测正常非孕母马、正常怀孕母马、流产母马、正常分娩母马的血液流变学指标,并作比较。[结果]正常非孕母马与正常怀孕母马的各项血液流变学指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。正常分娩母马的全血比黏度、全血还原比黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间均显著高于正常非孕母马(P<0.001)。而流产母马的各项血液流变学指标均显著高于正常分娩母马(P<0.001)。[结论]母马流产后血液流变学存在异常。

[Objective]To study the influence on hemorheology of abortion in mare.[Method]Hemorheology indexs of healthy nonpregnant mare,healthy pregnant mare,abortion mare,delivered mare were detected and compared.[Result] Significant defference of all hemorheology indexs between nonpregnant mare and pregnant mare was not existed（P0.05）.ηb,ηp,ηr,PCV and RET of delivered mare were significantly higher than those of nonpregnant mare（P0.001）,and all hemorheology indexs of abortion mare were significantly higher than those of delivered mare（P0.001）.[Conclusion] Hemorheology indexs were abnormal after abortion in mare.
