摘要
研制了用于番茄酱厂生产线中自动清理杂草、番茄皮等杂质的自动除杂装置。该装置利用光电开关识别杂质收集箱内杂质的容量,采用可靠性和抗干扰性强的PLC控制的气压缸执行,从而完成整个杂质的分选、清理过程。
This article recommended one kind of device which was used in in the tomato sauce factory for online auto-removing the grass and the skin of bad tomato.This device used the Photoelectric switch to identify the content of the inpurities in the collection box,use the strong reliable anti-interference plc to control the cylinder to execute the command,then the whole inpurities removing progress accomplished.
