省域土地生态安全评价研究——以江苏省为例

Study on Provincial Land Use Ecological Security

以江苏省为例,从土地生态安全的自然、经济、社会3方面因素中选取了18个指标,运用层次分析法和综合指数法对2000、2004、2008年江苏省土地生态安全状况进行了动态评价。结果表明,2000和2004年江苏省土地生态安全属于Ⅱ级水平,为较差状态(风险级);2008年属于Ⅲ级水平,为一般状态(敏感级)。总体上看,江苏省土地生态安全状况逐年有所改善,但仍处于较不安全状态。针对评价结果分析,提出了相应的政策建议。

This study takes 18 indicators from the nature,economic and society of land use ecological security,then evaluates the land use ecological security of Jiangsu Province in 2000,2004,2008 dynamicly with methods of AHP and composite index.The results showed that： the land use ecological security of Jiangsu Province in 2000,2004 are Ⅲ level,which are in danger（risk level）;and the land use ecological security of Jiangsu Province in 2008 is Ⅲ level,which stay in general state（sensitive level）.Overall,the land use ecological security situation of Jiangsu is gradually improving,but it＇s still insecure.Some corresponding policy recommendations were put forward.
