摘要 无人机航空遥感系统具有实时性强、机动灵活、影像分辨率高和成本低的特点,且能够在高危地区作业,非常适用于各种自然灾害的应急救援。具体介绍了低空无人机遥感系统在2008年南方特大低温雨雪冰冻灾害中的应用情况,如灾情勘查与实时监测、现场救灾指挥和调度、受灾面积估算、灾情评估、灾后数字地图更新与灾后重建等,具有重要的应急救援作用。同时,在此次灾害救援中,无人机遥感暴露了一些不足,对其提出了改进方案。长远来看,无人机航空遥感系统在自然灾害应急领域具有广阔的应用前景。 The UAV remote sensing system has the characteristics of real time,flexibility,high resolution and low-cost,and it can work in high dangerous areas,so it is very suitable to apply in disaster emergency rescue.In the extraordinary hazard of low-temperature and frozen snow in the south of China at 2008,the applications of UAV include such fields as exploration and real-time monitoring,commanding and scheduling of disaster rescue,estimation of disaster region,disaster assessment,updating post-digital map and post-disaster reconstruction.It is of great importance in disaster emergency rescue.However,the UAV remote sensing exposed a lot of shortcomings in the process of this disaster emergency rescuing.The paper proposes some suggestions to improve the program.In the long terms,UAV remote sensing system has broad prospects in the field of natural disaster emergency rescue.
