摘要 随着生命科学、数学、物理学和计算机科学的相互交叉,生物信息学越来越显示出其重要性,尤其是在新药的研究和开发中。综述了生物信息学在药物靶点识别和药物分子设计中的应用,并探讨了生物信息学在农药分子设计中的重要作用。生物信息学的应用无疑将进一步推动农药的开发进程。 With the development of life sciences,mathematics,physics and computer science,bioinformatics has increasingly shown its importance,especially in new drug research.The application of bioinformatics in finding targets sites and drug molecular design was described.In addition,the important role of bioinformatics in the area of pesticides design was discussed.Bioinformatics will further promote the development process of pesticides.
