Information Technology in Cultivated Land Management Application and Prospect Forecast

通过叙述我国耕地资源的现状,从理论和应用的双重角度,回顾了信息技术在国内外耕地资源管理中的应用,探讨了目前信息技术在耕地资源管理中的应用方向、意义和发展前景。此外,还初步提出了全国耕地资源管理信息系统建设,建立全国耕地地力调查与质量评价资源数据库,并对信息技术在耕地资源管理上的发展趋势和面对的问题进行了展望。

Through the narration of our country cultivated land resources current situation from the dual angle of the theory and application,this paper reviews the information technology application to cultivated land resource management domestically and internationally,and has discussed at present information technology in the cultivated land resource management the application direction,significance and the prospects for development.In addition,this paper also initially puts forward the construction of national cultivated land resource management information system,and the establishment of national cultivated land soil fertility investigation and the quality appraisal resources database.Furthermore,this paper describes a blueprint for the development trend and the facing problems of information technology on arable resources management.
