摘要
根据现有文献研究成果,结合实际调研分析,从系统、供应、财务、信息、管理5个风险视角构建水产业供应链风险评估指标体系,运用模糊数学模型对实际企业供应链风险进行定量评价,在评价过程中采用专家可信度法来确定各指标的权重,并根据评价结果提出改进建议。
According to the currently available literature research,and combined with practical research and analysis,the risk assessment index system of aquatic supply chain was established from the perspective of system,supply,finance,information,management,and fuzzy mathematics model was adopted to carry out quantitative assessments on the supply chain risk of actual enterprises,and during the evaluation process,reliability of expert method was used to determine the weight of each index,and recommendations were made for improvement based on the evaluation results.
