比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效研究

Bisoprolol Combined with Simvastatin in Elderly Unstable Angina

目的观察比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效,探讨药物治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的最佳方案。方法选择确诊为不稳定心绞痛的老年患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采用比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗,治疗8周后比较两组患者心绞痛症状改善程度、心电图改变程度及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后心绞痛症状改善程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后心电图改善程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后心慌、乏力、头昏、面红发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床药物治疗老年不稳定心绞痛时,应首选比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bisoprolol combined with Simvastatin on elderly unstable angina to find out a better solution.Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients diagnosed as unstable angina were divided randomly into groups study and control,39 in each.Control group were treated with simvastatin,study group with bisoprolol combined with simvastatin.Improvements of angina pectoris symptoms,ECG changes and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Results There was significant difference in improvement of angina pectoris symptom between 2 groups after treatment（P0.01）,and in ECG improvement（P0.01）.But no significant difference was noted in incidences of palpitation,fatigue,dizziness,flushing（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined bisoprolol and simvastatin should be the preferred protocol in clinical drug treatment of elderly unstable angina,which improves significantly clinical efficacy without increasing adverse events.
