超声检测彩色血管平均密度在前列腺癌临床分期诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声检测彩色血管平均密度(MCVD)对前列腺癌临床分期诊断的应用价值,以及估测前列腺癌患者的预后价值。方法应用经直肠彩色血管能量超声(TR-CPA)检查86例经病理诊断和不同临床分期的前列腺癌患者,比较不同分期的前列腺癌患者MCVD间的差异。结果 86例前列腺癌患者的MCVD为(0.26±0.06);22例前列腺癌D期患者的MCVD(0.3897±0.0356)分别与21例A期(0.2158±0.0322)、20例B期(0.2267±0.0422)、23例C期(0.2366±0.0656)患者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MCVD可作为前列腺癌临床分期诊断的重要依据,并对前列腺癌的预后评估有一定的价值。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound-mean color vessel density(MCVD) in prostate cancer(PCa) clinical stage,and to estimate the prognosis of the PCa.Methods 86 cases with PCa confirmed and staged by pathology were examined by transrectal color power angiography(TR-CPA),MCVD in each PCa stage were calculated and analyzed by statistic method.Results The MCVD of 86 cases PCa was(0.26±0.06),the MCVD of 22 PCa in stage D(0.3897±0.0356) compared with 21 PCa in stage A(0.2158±0.0322),20 PCa in stage B(0.2267±0.0422),20 PCa in stage C(0.2366±0.0656),there were significant difference between them(P0.01).Conclusion The MCVD can provide important evidence for clinical stage diagnosis of prostate cancer and help to assess prognosis of prostate cancer.
