北宋河政探析——以黄河为例

The Analysis of River Management in Northern Song Dynasty——Taking the Yellow River for Example

北宋水患与前朝相比显得颇为严重,水灾分布主要集中于黄河流域。为了能够更好地管理河流尤其是黄河,宋承前制,在河政方面实施了不少措施。为了更有效地实现对黄河的河政管理,不仅在职官上有专门的设置而且还建立了一套与之相适应的水政管理制度。

The flooding in Northern Song Dynasty was worse than ever before and it mainly occurred in the Yellow River basin.In order to control the rivers,especially the Yellow River,the government then followed the steps of previous dynasty and implemented many measures.For the more effective management of the Yellow River the special official positions and a series of corresponding river management systems were established.
