摘要
于1995~1996 年选用了弱筋、中筋和强筋三种类型6 个小麦品种, 在生产上3个关键施肥时期供氮, 研究氮素供应对不同类型小麦品种籽粒产量和品质性状的影响。结果表明, 弱筋和中筋小麦品种, 在每公顷施纯氮135~270 kg 范围, 随施氮量增加籽粒产量、蛋白质含量、SDS沉降值均显著同步增长; 强筋小麦品种籽粒产量在每公顷施纯氮135~270kg 范围无显著差异, 蛋白质含量和SDS沉降值在每公顷施纯氮135~2025 kg 范围内同步增长, 蛋白质含量在每公顷施纯氮2025 kg 时达最大值, 而SDS沉降值在每公顷施纯氮2025~270 kg 范围仍显著提高;三种类型小麦品种在每公顷施纯氮135~270 kg 范围,容重均无显著差异。
Six wheat varieties or lines,with the characteristic of weak,mid strong and strong glutten,were selected to study the effects of nitrogen (N) application in three important growing stages on the grain yield and some quality traits.The results showed that both the week and mid strong glutten varieties gave a significant increase in grain yield,protein content and SDS sendimentation volume with the increase of pure nitrogen from 135 to 270 kg/hm 2,while the strong glutten varieties only increased in protein content and SDS sendimentation volume.In the application of pure nitrogen from 135 to 202 5 kg/hm 2,both the protein content and the SDS sendimentation volume of all six tested varieties rised with the increase of N application.However,the application of pure nitrogen had no significant effect on the six varieties in their grain's unit weight.
