不同处理对小白菜硝酸盐含量及其酶活性的影响

摘要 研究了在露地栽培条件下,不同氮肥水平配施适量微肥对小白菜产量、硝酸还原酶活性、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的影响.结果表明:小白菜的产量随施肥量的增加呈先上升而后下降的趋势;其它3项指标均随施肥量的增加而增加;在同等施氮肥水平下,添加适量微肥和不加微肥相比,各项指标差异显著,显示微肥可以提高小白菜产量、提高硝酸还原酶活性、降低硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量. Using of open pot experiment,takes Chinese cabbage as material,the influence is studied on nitrate content and nitrate reductase activity of Chinese cabbage in different nitrogen levels combined with appropriate amount of fertilizer.The results shown that the Chinese cabbage yield increased with use of fertilizer in a certain range,then growth of Chinese cabbage is restrained.The nitrate reductase activity of Chinese cabbage will gradually increase with the increased use of fertilizer.However,the high nitrate reductase activity did not reduce the nitrate content of the body,nitrate and sodium nitrite content tend to the upward trend with the increase of fertilizer.Contraring to the same species,only fertilizing of nitrogen fertilizer experiment,for the different levels of nitrogen,proper quantitative of efficiency fertilizer can increase output,also obviously enhanced the activity of nitrate reductase and reduced the nitrate and nitrite content,improved the food quality of Chinese cabbage.
