三种虫生真菌培养性状的研究 被引量:7

摘要 设置不同的培养环境,研究3种昆虫病原真菌的培养特性。结果表明,在PDA 和SDAY 培养基上, 3种真菌都能生长, 以白僵菌生长最快, 环链拟青霉次之, 莱氏野村菌生长较差; PDA 比SDAY 更适合于莱氏野村菌的生长和增殖。环链拟青霉更喜欢20℃的温度, 其他两种真菌则适宜在25℃下培养。 In this paper,the biological characteristics and cultivation conditions of three entomopathogenic fungal species were studied.The results showed that,all three fungal species could grow in PDA and SDAY,although Beauveria bassiana's growth was the fastest,Paecilomyces cateniannueatus' the second and Nomuraea rileyi's the third.PDA was more suitable for N.rileyi growing and propagating than SDAY.20℃ was a more suitable temperature for P.cateniannueatus while 25℃ was a more suitable temperature for the other two species.
