摘要
对排水系统中存在的危险因素进行了初步分析,以采取积极措施,是减少损失的有效途径.利用模糊综合评价对各种相关因素进行分析,对其合理地评价和预测.以往都是单个影响因素的评价和分析,尚缺乏对排水系统的综合评价,利用模糊数学方法并结合大量工程调查,建立了模糊评价模型,对排水系统功能发挥及其破坏的可能性进行预测.利用模糊综合评价对该系统开展有效的安全管理提供了依据.
Objective: A tentative analysis of the existing risk factors in the drainage system has been made, to adopt active measures is an effective approach to reducing losses. Method: Some related risk factors have been analyzed, rationally evaluated and predicted by fussy comprehensive evaluation. Re- suit: Analysis of and evaluation of single risk factor have been made instead of comprehensive evaluation. So there is a shortage of synthetical evaluation of the drainage system. This paper puts forward fuzzy synthetical evaluation model by using fuzzy mathematics combined with mass engineering survey, and predicts the function and failure possibility of the drainage system. Conclusion: It offers theoretical basis for its safety management.
