多菌灵对几种食用菌霉菌抑制作用的研究

Study on Inhibitory Effect of Carbendazol on Mould of Some Edible Fungi

通过多菌灵对食用菌几种霉菌抑制作用的研究表明， 多菌灵对于绿霉（Ｔｒｉｃｈｏｄｅｒｍ ａ ｖｉｒｉｄ）、黄曲霉（Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｌｕｓ ｆｌａｖｕｓ） 有明显的抑制作用， 对于链孢霉（Ｎｅｕｒｏｓｐｏｒａ ｓｐｐ．） 与毛霉［Ｍｕｃｏｒ ｍ ｕｃｅｄｏ（Ｌ） Ｂｒｅｆｅｌｄ］ 的抑制作用随浓度增加而呈正相关趋势； ０５％ 以下浓度多菌灵对于青霉（Ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍ ｓｐｐ．）

To reveal the effect of carbendazol on mould,we conducted this experiment.The result indicated that the carbendazol had an obvious inhibitory effect on Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus flavus;its inhibitory effect on Neurospora and Mucor mucedo increased over the carbendazol concentration.There was no inhibitory effect on Penicillium,when the concentrationb of carbendazol was below 0 5%.
