摘要
通过制定《高职学生学习问卷调查表》，选取福建省内有代表性的高职院校进行问卷调查，针对高职学生学习动机现状调查，分析高职学生学习动机的特点，提出激发高职学生学习动机的有效策略，提升高职教育培养质量．
Through the questionnaire for the vocational students study, several representative vocation al colleges in Fujian have been selected to carry out the survey on the vocational students＇ learning motivation. By analyzing the characteristics of their learning motivation, this essay proposes a series of effective strategies to develop vocational students＇ motivation and improve the quality of vocational education.
