应用型本科院校双语教学既要强调理论教学更应注重实践教学．在双语教学实践中，要加强师资队伍建设，教材的编写应体现应用的特色，课堂教学应充分利用计算机、网络环境提供良好的平台优势，开展教学活动．

Bilingual teaching in application--oriented undergraduate colleges and universities should lay equal emphasis on theoretical and practical teaching. In the process of bilingual teaching practice, teaching staff construction should be strengthened, compilation of textbooks should be based on prac- tical application, classroom teaching should take advantage of computers and network environment to conduct teaching activities.
