摘要
标准化工作是当前智能电网建设所面临的突出问题。介绍了IEC制订的最新版智能电网标准,分析了此标准所提示的智能电网的定义和核心领域。以IEC 62357为例,分析了智能电网对标准化工作的影响,指出新标准的架构可以更好地加强智能电网中各环节之间的互动,实现在不同时间尺度上的大闭环协调。智能调度中的EMS是智能电网的核心领域之一。结合南方电网的实际生产经验,研究了智能电网标准化工作对EMS发展的影响,得出如下结论:未来EMS有必要逐步引入云计算模式,并增加与分布式能源相关的新功能。
It’s a great challenge to build up standardization system in the progress of smart grid construction.The new IEC smart grid standardization up to date is introduced in this paper,and the definition and core area of smart grid,which are proposed by IEC 62357,are analyzed.Taking IEC 62357 as an example,the paper analyzes the impact of smart grid on the IEC standardization,pointing out that the new architecture in IEC 62357 could reinforce the interpenetration among different parts of smart grid so to realize the close loop coordination in different time scale.EMS(energy management system) in smart dispatching is one of the core area of smart grid,and its development under smart grid standardization is studied in combination with the practice and experience of China Southern Power Grid,and it is concluded that the cloud computing pattern need to use in EMS step by step,and new functions in relation with distributed energy resource will also be developed.
