摘要
特高压复合绝缘子对于芯棒有较高的拉弯性能要求。通过对芯棒进行强度性能测试,研究了玻璃纤维纱含量对芯棒拉弯性能的影响。结果表明,当芯棒的纤维质量分数在79%~83%时,芯棒的机械性能最优。复合绝缘子中的芯棒最终按照质量分数80%左右的纤维含量进行生产,产品顺利通过了复合相间间隔棒产品定型试验。
The tensible-bending performance of composite insulators FRP rod must be good enough to the UHV transmission engineering.Based on the tests of tensile-bending strength of FRP rod,the effects of various fiber content on mechanical performance of composite insulators FRP rod are studied.The results show that as the fiber content ratio is 79%~83%,the FRP rod has the best mechanical performance.Therefore,80% of fiber content is ultimately adopted for the composite insulator production,and the products have successfully passed the type tests of phase-to-phase conductor spacer.
