摘要
目的观察卡维地洛治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将124例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规强心、利尿、扩血管药物治疗基础上,治疗组加用卡维地洛治疗24周,观察两组治疗效果。结果卡维地洛对改善充血性心力衰竭患者临床症状、体征及心脏收缩功能、舒张功能均有显著效果。结论在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛能明显改善患者的心功能,提高患者的生存率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of carvedilol in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Meth- ods 124 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, carvedilo] was used in the treatment group on the base of routine therapy including digitalis,diuretics and vasodilators. Results Carve- dilol has a significant effect to improve in patients with congestive heart failure clinical symptoms, signs and systolic function, diastolic function. Conclusion On the base of routine anti heart failure drug therapy, earvedilol could significantly improve cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure, and improve survival rate.
