摘要
经对液氮保存的抗鸡新城疫病毒单抗杂交瘤细胞株进行复苏、再克隆,并用ELISA 和IIF筛选,得到24 株分泌力较强的细胞株。将这些细胞株再接种BALB/C小鼠,取其腹水进行预处理,测其ELISA 效价、IIF效价,并用Westernblotting 测定它们所针对的中国标准强毒株F48 E8 的多肽抗原表位。
We have revived the hybridoma cell lines storaged in liquid nitrogen and cloned them. These clones were tested by ELISA and IIF. We got 24 strains cell lines secreting McAbs specific for NDV. After testing these 24 McAbs′ ELISA and IIF titer, we have identificated F 48 E 8 strain′s polypeptides epitope which these McAbs be to by Western blotting.
