纳洛酮联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝硬化并肝性脑病的临床研究

The Clinical Reseach of Naloxone and Ornithine Aspartate in the Treatment of the Liver Cirrhosis and Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的探讨纳洛酮联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝硬化并肝性脑病患者的临床疗效。方法将72例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮和门冬氨酸鸟氨酸,连用72 h观察。对两组患者治疗前后血氨和肝功能指标、意识变化及总有效率进行比较。结果治疗组血氨水平、肝功能、意识障碍程度较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of naloxone and ornithine aspartate in the treatment of the liver cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 72 cases of hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group evenly. In the control group, the patients were given the regular treatment but in another group, naloxone and ornithine aspartate were added. 72 hours later, compared the formal and latter blood ammonia, liver function, conscious modification and total availability. Results In the treatment group, the blood ammonia, liver function and disturbance of consciousness were obviously improved compared with the control one as well as the total effectiveness （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Naloxone and ornithine aspartate in the treatment of the liver cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy was exactly effective.
