摘要
120 头“杜长加”断奶仔猪按饲养试验要求分成5 组(每组3 个重复,每一重复8 头,公母各半)对照组饲以基础饲粮,试验饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加600,800,1 000, 1 200 m g/kg 甜菜碱试验为期36 d结果显示:不同剂量甜菜碱均提高了断奶仔猪的日采食量和日增重,降低了料重比 其中 800m g/kg 甜菜碱组效果最为显著,日采食量和日增重比对照组分别提高了871% (P< 005)和 1182%(P< 005),料重比降低279% (P< 005);且显著降低了血清尿素氮含量(P< 001),提高了血清总铁结合力、生长激素和类胰岛素生长因子Ⅰ(IGFⅠ)水平(P< 005)此外,添加800 m g/kg
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of betaine on growth performance and carcass compositions in weanling piglets, and approach to the mechanism of the effects by determining indexes of serum and hormone parameters 120 weanling piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Jia) were divided into five groups, each of which included three replicates of 24 piglets each, the treatment groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 600, 800, 1 000, 1 200 mg/kg betaine respectively for 36 d The results showed that betaine obviously increased feed intake (FI) and average daily gain (ADG), decreased feed gain ratio (FGR) Compared with control group, 800 mg/kg betaine treated group was the most effective in increasing FI by 8 71% and ADG by 11 82%, decreasing FGR by 2 79%; 800 mg/kg betaine treated group decreased SUN level and increased total iron binding ability, GH and IGF 1 levels in serum It was also found that betaine supplement at 800 mg/kg apparently changed the carcass compositions: dissected lean of carcass was increased by 4 08%, leaf fat ratio was decreased by 27 59%
