摘要
测定了加州鲈(体重20~25 g)在水温18 ℃和28 ℃时的基础代谢、常规代谢及活动代谢⒚18 ℃无光随意活动下测得的标准代谢率为101.87 m g·kg- 1·h- 1 ,标准代谢能为1.51 kJ·kg- 1 ·h- 1⒚活动时的代谢率比标准率高出近一倍⒚经过t检验,无光限制活动与随意活动的代谢率差异不显著(P> 0.05);给食时的活动代谢率显著地高于不给食(P< 0.01)⒚水温28 ℃时测得值与此相同⒚水温28 ℃时的标准代谢、常规代谢和活动代谢均比 18 ℃时相应的代谢率提高近 1 倍⒚作者建议, 在日能估算时用无光随意活动时的代谢能作为标准代谢能的估算值。
Standard metabolism , routine metabolism and action metabolism of Micropteus salmides (body weight in 20 25 g) were measured. the rate of standard metabolism (dark, free action )was 101.87 mg·kg -1 ·h -1 at 18 ℃ , and metabolic energy was 1.51 kJ·kg -1 ·h -1 . Active level of metabolism was about 2 times as much as standard level of metabolism. According to t test ,the rate of standard metabolism between groups of free action and limited action had no difference ( P >0.05),There was in fact a significant difference between feeding and no feeding ( P <0.01).The same results were proved at 28 ℃.The rates of metabolism at 28 ℃ were about 1 times higher than those at 18 ℃ respectively. It would be better using metabolic energy at dark, free action as an estimate of standard metabolic energy.
