摘要 试验示范结果表明,饲喂含有EM 原液发酵饲料的鸡群与对照鸡群比较,全蛋可食部分蛋白质提高10-13 % ,脂肪降低11-76 % ,胆固醇降低15-91 % ;试验鸡与示范鸡产蛋量分别提高3-85 %和19-18 % ,料蛋比分别降低3-8 % 和16 % ;每公斤鸡蛋毛利净增0-14 ~3-32 元和0-78 ~4-01 The results of experiments and demonstrations showed that to feed layers with fermented feed containing EM increases laying quantity by 3.85% and 19.18% than CK, decreases the ratio of feed to eggs by 3.8% and 16%, increases net income by 0.14~3.32 yuan RMB/kg eggs and 0.78~4.01 yuan RMB/kg eggs. Protein content in edible part was increased by 10.13%, fat was decreased by 11.76% , and cholesterol was decreased by 15.91%.
