摘要
有效开展评价研究和评价实践对于推动高校创业教育长远发展具有重要意义,作为规划工具、监测工具和影响力评估工具的高校创业教育评价,存在宏观政策与发展现状评价、过程评价以及影响力评价三种评价类型。我国在开展评价的过程中应充分考虑到高校创业教育目标的多样性、实施过程的多层次性、评价主体的多元性以及创业教育的时滞效应等影响因素。
The contradiction between the boom of entrepreneurship education programs(EEPs) in higher education institutions(HEIs) and the shortage of entrepreneurship education evaluation has become more and more serious in China.It is of great importance to effectively conduct both evaluation research and practice,so as to further promote the development of entrepreneurship education.Evaluation can act as a planning tool,a monitoring tool and an impact assessment tool.Accordingly,there are mainly three types of evaluation of EEPs,namely the evaluation of entrepreneurship policy and current situation,process evaluation and impact evaluation.Four factors should be taken into account when we conduct the evaluation process: the variety of objectives of EEPs,the multi-level of EEPs,the diversity of evaluators and the time lag effect of EEPs.
