摘要
高职院校兼职教师组织是松散性教育组织,其特征为组织结构分散化、信念多元化和职能多样化三个方面,同时又存在管理行政权力泛化、管理手段集中化和行政思维及行为的路径依赖等问题。要解决这些问题,须走向参与式决策、平行沟通、多样激励和模糊评价的治理,这也是实现高职院校兼职教师有效管理的必然趋势。
Higher vocational part-time teachers group is a kind of loose educational organization.It is mainly embodied in part-time teacher organizational structure decentralization,faith pluralism and functional diversity,which lead to the generation of administrative power,the centralization of managing modes,administrative thinking style and the path dependence of behavior in the managing of higher vocational part-time teacher organization.Therefore,the governance of participatory decision-making,parallel communication,various incentives and fuzzy evaluation is an inevitable trend to realize the effective management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
