摘要
素质评价的标准、素质评价方式的完善问题越来越受到学者的关注。没有素质评价标准的确立,就没有科学的素质评价方式,也就没有可能真正实现素质教育。文章通过当前教育实践中存在的对三个最基本的素质评价标准的误解说明,目前教育界还缺乏素质标准和评价方式的系统理论,更缺少成熟的素质标准实践模式。所以如何确立针对不同地区和不同学校情况的素质评价标准,建立有效、合理的评价方式,使素质评价成为提高教育质量、促进学生健康发展的必要手段,是教育界必须积极探索的一项重要任务。
The evaluation standard of quality education and the perfect of quality evaluation method have attracted more and more scholars" attention. The author believes that if there's no establishment of quality evaluation standard, there's no scientific quality evaluation method and it's impossible to actually realize quality education. Through the illustration of the misunderstandings of three basic quality evaluation standards in the present educational practice, the paper finds that the educational field lacks the system theories of quality standard and evaluation method, even lack of mature quality standard practice model, h's an important task for the educational field to build quality evaluation standards according to different areas and schools, and establish effective and reasonable evaluation methods to make quality evaluation be the means to improve educational quality and promote students" healthy development
