A strategy for Effective Instruction:Feedback Theory

摘要 课堂教学是教育改革的核心领域,而近年来怎样提升教学质量和有效性更是成为改革的一个核心议题。一直以来,反馈作为实施有效教学的关键性策略在西方引起诸多研究者的关注。本文借鉴西方理论与实证研究首先分析反馈的概念与影响机制,其次本文将梳理相关实证研究的重要结论,最后作者将结合中国大陆的课程改革情境提出教师实施有效反馈的建议。 Classroom instruction is the core elements of educational reform. The problem of enhancing instructional effectiveness and quality has become one of the recent critical reform issues. The research of feedback in classroom, one of the key strategies of effective teaching, has attracted a great deal of attention in the West. Based on western theories and empirical studies, this article first analyzes the definition and impact mechanism of feedback. Some implemental strategies for frontline teachers are then put forward in the light of empirical studies and status of curriculum reform in China's Mainland.
