摘要
本文以OECD公布的信息和数据为素材,从多个角度对欧洲国家公立中小学教师的薪酬状况进行描述和分析,展示了欧洲国家教师薪酬的横向、纵向、年段和结构差异;从教师薪酬与人均GDP、劳动力市场相关特定群体工资水平的比较以及教师全年净教学时间的单位报酬三个方面,分析了教师的相对薪酬问题。最后论文考察了欧洲各国教师的薪级结构和奖励制度,从四个方面指出欧洲国家教师薪级结构的特点和薪级结构的差异,并介绍了欧洲国家教师额外奖励的种类和发放形式。
On the basis of information and data published by OECD, this paper describes and analyzes the teacher's salary in public primary and secondary schools in European countries from various angles, indicates the horizontal, vertical, level and structure differences of teacher's salary in European countries, and analyzes the relative teacher's salary from three aspects: comparisons of statutory salaries with GDP per capita, with earnings of related specific groups in the labor market and the statutory salaries per hour of net teaching time. At last, this paper examines the structure of teacher's salary scale and the incentive systems, indicates the characteristics and differences of teacher's Salary structure in European Countries; introduces the types and forms of additional, payments which are rewarded to teachers as incentives and allowances in European countries.
